Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship orders received Monday through Thursday the following business day via FED EX, rates will be determined by by location,  box size and weight. Orders received on weekend days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following next business day (Monday), excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Returns and Refunds

We sell various products and we take the quality of them very seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. Product must be unopened and unused, the customer must return the unused product and pay for the return shipping.  Customer must contact us a [email protected] and receive an RMA number before returning the product.
